We are recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef Manager to lead the catering operation at a welcoming education site in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef looking to step into management or an existing Chef Manager seeking a term-time position that offers evenings, weekends, and school holidays off.
Key Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the school kitchen \n
- Preparing and serving fresh, nutritious meals \n
- Catering for approximately 100 covers each day \n
- Leading and supporting a team of 2 General Assistants \n
- Managing stock control, ordering, and budgets \n
- Ensuring food hygiene, health & safety, and compliance standards are maintained \n
- Building positive relationships with staff, pupils, and clients \n
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation \n
What We're Looking For\n
✅ Previous experience in a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or Senior Catering role
\n ✅ Strong leadership and organisational skills
\n ✅ Knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance standards
\n ✅ Ability to manage a small team effectively
\n ✅ Passion for delivering high-quality food and service
Working Hours\n
Monday to Friday
8:30am - 2:00pm
