Pay Rate: £23.00 per hour Umbrella\n
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday\n
Contract: 12-week temporary to permanent\n
Vehicle: Company Van Provided\n

\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a well-established housing association covering Bracknell and the surrounding areas.\n
\nThe role involves carrying out painting, decorating and general finishing works within social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.\n
\nThe position will initially be offered on a 12-week temporary basis, with the intention of transitioning into a permanent role.\n
\n
Key Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works.
\n
• Prepare surfaces, including sanding, filling and making good.
\n
• Apply paint, wallpaper and other decorative finishes.
\n
• Complete decorating works within occupied and void social housing properties.
\n
• Carry out minor repairs and associated preparation works.
\n
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
\n
• Work independently to complete allocated jobs within agreed timescales.
\n
• Maintain high standards of health and safety.
\n

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator.
\n
• Experience working within social housing or property maintenance is desirable.
\n
• Strong knowledge of painting, decorating and surface preparation techniques.
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n
• Good communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Relevant trade qualifications are desirable.
