The company is on a transformation journey (embracing automation and AI within the business support functions) and presents a great opportunity with promotion prospects for a qualified accountant seeking a role where they can make a genuine impact! * Competitive Salary £50,000 to £55,000 * Hybrid working – 3 days office/2 days WFH * Location – Worcestershire (easy access from the M5 (junction 3 to Junction 6) As Management Accountant your responsibilities will include: * Responsible for monthly management accounts and business performance reporting / partnering * Developing AI to develop high quality financial analysis and data to support business decisions * Standard cost accounting * Stock accounting * Gross Margin Analysis * Raising journals , stock adjustments etc. * Support the FC and FD with ad-hoc projects To be successful as Management Accountant you will have the following skills and experience: * ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified accountant * Must have previous experience in either the manufacturing or engineering sector * Costing and Stock accounting experience is essential * High proficiency in Excel with a strong interest in utilising / developing AI * Previous management accounting experien...
