The Person:
- An enthusiastic individual, who is passionate about Health and Fitness
- Confident Communicator, with the ability to motivate and engage customers
- A wide range of knowledge on exercise techniques and programmes
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Obtains a Gym Qualification Level 2 of Above
The Role:
- To encourage and motivate members and customers to reach their health and fitness goals
- Offer a range of wellbeing advice including exercise techniques, nutrition and lifestyle changes
- Ensure health and safety compliance is followed to ensure the safety of all customers
- Provide personal training either one-to-one or small groups
