The Role
Teach PE across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach KS5 where appropriate.
Deliver engaging practical lessons that develop students' physical skills, teamwork and sporting knowledge.
Plan and assess lessons in line with curriculum expectations.
Contribute to extracurricular sport, fixtures and enrichment activities.
Promote positive behaviour, participation and a safe learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching PE within a secondary school.
Can deliver engaging lessons across a range of sporting activities.
Demonstrates strong behaviour management and communication skills.
Is enthusiastic about promoting participation and achievement in sport.
Salary
MPS/UPS, depending on experience.
