Team Manager - Mental Health Adult Social Care Rate: £41.42 per hour Umbrella Hours- 37 per week Duration-12 weeks Working Arrangements: Hybrid (The hybrid role would require the social worker to be in the office a minimum of three days per week, these are needs of service) Location: Swanswell Point, Stoney Stanton Road, Coventry, CV1 4FS Additional Requirement: Must have 2 years permanent PQE About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary Mental Health Adult Social Care service, supporting adults living with a wide range of mental health challenges, including dementia, psychosis, mood disorders and self-harming behaviours. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to manage a highly skilled team committed to promoting independence, recovery, human rights and person-centred outcomes. Working within a collaborative health and social care environment, you will play a key role in driving quality practice, strategic development and service improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team including: Team Leaders Approved Mental Health Professionals (AMHPs) Social Workers Community Case Managers Provide effective line management, professional supervision, reflective practice and quality assurance.
