The school is looking for someone who can deliver excellent service to prospective families while ensuring applications, visits and admissions records are managed professionally. About the Role You will play a key role in the admissions journey, from initial enquiries through to successful enrolment. Key responsibilities include: Responding to enquiries from prospective parents and applicants. Processing applications and maintaining accurate admissions records. Coordinating school tours, open days, interviews and admissions assessments. Preparing correspondence and information packs for prospective families. Liaising with academic departments and senior staff regarding applications. Monitoring application progress and ensuring deadlines are met. The Ideal Candidate Previous admissions, education administration or customer-facing administrative experience. Experience in an independent school would be advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A professional, welcoming approach when dealing with families and senior stakeholders. An enhanced DBS check will be required in line with the role.
