The Role

As a Maths Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 for suitably experienced candidates.
• Inspire students to develop confidence and enthusiasm in Mathematics.
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that promote excellent progress and attainment.
• Use assessment data effectively to drive student achievement.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental enrichment activities.
• Support the school's high expectations for behaviour, attendance and achievement.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has a strong degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
• Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and classroom practice.
• Has high expectations of student achievement and behaviour.
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding Mathematics education.
• Works collaboratively and contributes positively to school life.
• ECTs and experienced teachers are equally encouraged to apply.
