If you are someone who thrives in leading a team from the front and has a passion for all things swimming we have the perfect role for you! I am recruiting for a brilliant Aquatics Manager to join a fantastic leisure brand in Hounslow West London. This is a leisure job not to missed!

As Aquatics Manager youll manage a team and help shape the Learn to Swim and Aquatics programme for 2000 participants. Being part of the senior management team you will also be responsible and pivotal in managing the daily running of the centre . If youre energised by team management driven by business success then this opportunity is perfect for you! The ideal candidate will have strong coordination or management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit retain develop and foster the growth of your Swim Teachers & Lifeguards

• Enhance the aquatic program optimising Swim School and Learn to Swim attendance.

• Provide strategic and tactical input to enhance the programs effectiveness.

• Establish and nurture partnerships with local schools utilising the facility.

• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Poolside operations and logging any building or maintenance issues.

• Undertake duty management shifts including opening and closing responsibilities throughout the centre.

Requirements:

• Management Coordinating or Supervisory experience in the Leisure industry.

• Experience with poolside operations. Pool Plant Operator and NPLQ certifications desirable.
