A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in London is seeking a Derivatives and Structured Finance Associate to join its market-leading finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious associate to work on complex, high-value domestic and cross-border transactions within a collaborative and forward-thinking firm offering genuine progression and flexibility.
The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers exposure to sophisticated and technically challenging work, including:
- Advising financial institutions, funds, corporates, and sponsors on derivatives transactions
- Drafting and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, credit support documentation, and related confirmations
- Advising on structured finance transactions, securitisations, and repackaging structures
- Supporting on regulatory and risk management aspects of derivatives and structured products
- Working closely with banking, capital markets, and restructuring teams on multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Assisting with transaction management, due diligence, and coordination with international counsel
- Contributing to client development and maintaining strong commercial relationships

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in derivatives, structured finance, or banking and finance
- Strong technical drafting and analytical skills
