Customer Service Advisor in Castleford

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in Castleford (WF10).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Provide a high level of customer service and support
• Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Process customer information accurately and maintain records
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Assist with general administrative duties as required
• Follow company procedures and service standards

Required Skills:

• Previous Customer Service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Good IT and administration skills
• Able to work effectively within a team environment
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with career progression

We are looking for someone with a great personality, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service. This role offers the opportunity to join the company permanently after a successful probation period.

Hours:

Monday - Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm

Location:

Castleford, WF10

Pay Rate:

£13.00 - £14.00 per hour, depending on experience

Contract:

Temporary to Permanent
Permanent contract offered after a successful 12-week probation period
