Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant

Remedy are actively seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a large, busy Secondary school as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant to develop their experience within education.

Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant

School Location: Greenwich, South East London

Contract: Long term/Permanent

A graduate with a degree graded 2:1 or above is ideal for this Teaching Assistant role or a graduate with some previous experience working with children is desirable. This relevant previous experience could include childcare, tutoring, nursery assistance, in a sport setting, charity or in a similar classroom setting.

In your second year as a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to apply for schools direct teacher training and gain your QTS.

Hours of employment

Monday to Friday

8am until 4pm

This Teaching Assistant role will include 1:1 work with a child with ASD, perfect for candidates with previous experience working with Special Needs children. This school are looking for committed and bright graduates who are passionate about their input into a child's education to join as a Teaching Assistant.
