A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Employment Senior Associate to join its highly regarded London practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading team that advises major UK and international businesses, financial institutions, listed companies and multinational employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
The Role
You will work alongside recognised partners on a diverse mix of work, including:
- Complex employment tribunal and High Court litigation
- Strategic advisory work for employers
- Senior executive appointments and exits
- Investigations, grievances and disciplinary matters
- Large-scale restructurings and redundancy programmes
- Employment aspects of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions
- Global workforce projects and international HR issues
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from England & Wales qualified lawyers with approximately 4-8 years' PQE gained at a respected City, international or national practice.
You will possess:
- Strong technical employment law expertise
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Experience handling matters with an appropriate level of autonomy
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to advising clients
- Ambition to develop within a collaborative and growing team
