Structured Finance & Securitisation Lawyer

We are currently working on an exciting mandate for a 3+ PQE Solicitor to join a highly regarded practice, advising on a broad range of complex cross-border structured finance and securitisation transactions.

This role offers exposure to a diverse mix of asset classes and financing structures, acting for banks, originators, arrangers, servicers, investors and other market participants on UK and international transactions.

Key requirements:

• England & Wales qualified Solicitor
• Strong structured finance and/or securitisation experience gained at a leading law firm
• Fluent spoken French
• Experience drafting legal documents in French
• Strong transactional and client-facing skills
• Interest in working on complex multi-jurisdictional matters.
