7.5T DRIVER - £17 PER HOUR | NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME ST5 Starting Monday 26th October - immediate start! Barker Ross are currently looking for an experienced 7.5T Driver to join a busy operation in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for Monday to Friday work, daytime hours and the potential to secure a permanent position. The role: £17 per hour
Monday to Friday
08:00 starts with an expected 18:00 finish (some days may run later depending on workload)
Start date: Monday 26th October
Ongoing work with the potential to go permanent
Around 15 stops per day, with some collections in the afternoon
Busy, hands-on delivery role
Basic training provided, but you must be confident and ideally have multi-drop experience as we're looking for someone who can jump straight in.
You will need: Valid UK CPC and Digital Tacho Card
Minimum 6 months' 7.5T driving experience
No more than 6 points on your licence
No T99, IN10 or DR10 endorsements on your licence
Good customer service and communication skills
Reliable and professional attitude
Comfortable with multi-drop deliveries and a physically demanding role
