In this role, you will be responsible for attracting new customers, building strong client relationships, promoting our travel packages and services. We are looking for excellent communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Job details:
- To carry out outbound calls to reach decision makers and generate pipeline enquiries for our products supporting the sales conversion process based on key sales metrics.
- To use full sales method mix including self-sufficient lead generation, face to face meetings, telephone calls, proposals and quote production.
- To manage calls and webchat to go to the correct Account Manager as well as supporting the sales team with general administration.
- To identify up sell opportunities for all products and switch selling where possible according to the needs of the business.
- To ensure that we are providing excellent customer service including updating our CRM with clear notes.
- To develop and maintain excellent product knowledge by keeping up to date with new products and curriculum.
- To attend product and skill training sessions and put these into practice to enhance sales.
