VP Product Engineering

Our client is a UK business software company.

To lead the engineering teams that build and ship our client's sector SaaS products, translating product strategy into a technical roadmap and delivering it through the "OneStack" Agentic SDLC. You will drive a 6x delivery performance multiplier, uphold the highest standards of quality, security and user experience, and ensure product engineering initiatives are executed on time and aligned to customer and business needs.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP of Product Engineering to lead the development and delivery of our client's sector SaaS products. You will lead a talented team of engineers, define the technical roadmap for your products, and own the end-to-end execution of product engineering initiatives, from ideation through to deployment and ongoing optimisation. You are a strategic technologist with a strong hands-on engineering background and proven delivery leadership. You partner closely with Product Management, Design and cross-functional stakeholders to turn product requirements into achievable engineering goals, and with the Platform Architecture & Engineering and Reliability & Technology Operations functions to build on the shared platform fabric and agentic engineering practices, rather than duplicating them. You are accountable for the quality, scalability, security and user experience of everything your teams ship.
