An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven TRANSACTION MANAGER to join one of the South West’s leading automotive retail groups at its flagship business in Exeter.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment representing a major manufacturer alongside a diverse multi-brand approved used vehicle operation. We are seeking a proven automotive sales professional ready to take the next step, or an established Transaction Manager/Business Manager looking for a fresh challenge.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Management team, you will play a key role in driving performance, profitability and customer satisfaction while leading and motivating a successful sales team. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of the sales operation
• Coaching, developing and motivating sales executives to exceed targets
• Maximising finance, insurance and vehicle profit opportunities
• Ensuring exceptional customer experience standards are maintained
• Managing deal structuring, compliance and sales process adherence
• Driving used vehicle performance within a demanding, results-focused environment

About You

• Proven success as a Senior Sales Executive with demonstrable leadership experience, or currently operating as a Transaction Manager/Business Manager
• Strong commercial awareness and deal-structuring capability
• A motivated leader who thrives in a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication, coaching and team development skills
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
