Chef de Partie - 5 Star Luxury Hotel - Edinburgh

• Salary of £34,000 per annum with tronc bringing earnings to around £40,000
• 4 day working week with 3 days off every week
• Permanent full time position at 48 hours per week

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join a luxury five star hotel in Edinburgh, working to AA rosette standards with Scottish produce. The Chef de Partie will run their own section under the Executive Head Chef and Senior Sous. The kitchen covers fine dining service, private dining and a busy events side, so this is a varied position rather than the same covers every night.

Three is strong support from the senior team and a clear structure to the kitchen, We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is well organised, communicates well under pressure and wants to progress rather than sit still. The ideal Chef de Partie willexperience within a luxury or high end catering environment. This is a kitchen where standards are high with the route to progress for the right chef.
