This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Years professional who understands the importance of creating a calm, nurturing and stimulating environment during a child’s earliest years. You will lead a supportive Baby Room team, build trusted relationships with families and ensure every baby receives individual care that supports their development, wellbeing and growing curiosity. The Role As Baby Room Leader, you will take responsibility for the effective day-to-day running of the room while remaining actively involved with the children.
