Office-based, Monday to Friday Description: Account Manager - IT Services Hampshire | £30,000-£40,000 base | OTE £55,000-£75,000 | Office-based A well-established and growing IT services provider is looking for an Account Manager to join its commercial team. The role You'll look after a portfolio of key client accounts and be the main commercial contact for each one. These are established relationships with plenty of room to grow, so the focus is on developing existing clients rather than cold calling. Key responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts Build strong, long-term client relationships Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the company's technology services Prepare quotes and proposals Manage renewals and maintain an accurate sales forecast Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver an excellent client experience About you Experience in account management, customer success, client relationship management or B2B sales Excellent rapport-building and customer service skills Organised and commercially minded, comfortable with quoting and forecasting Professional and confident communicator Open to coaching and keen to develop Desirable Experience within IT services, an MSP, an IT reseller or distributor, or telecoms ECS Recruitment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
