About the Role Placr Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established, award-winning independent domiciliary care provider in Hove. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and compassionate care professional to take responsibility for an established homecare service, leading a dedicated team while ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and operational performance. The service currently supports approximately 75 clients, delivering 760 hours of care each week, with a team of around 40 employees across office and field-based positions. Initially, you will oversee the existing Hove service during a period of maternity cover. However, this is a permanent opportunity, with the potential to continue managing the established service or take responsibility for a planned new branch as the organisation develops.
