Following an internal promotion, we’re looking for an Aftersales Manager to take the lead at our thriving Mallusk site - one of our high performing operations across Northern Ireland.

Here’s where you come in

You’ll take the lead in our Mallusk Service Department, bringing out the best in your team, driving results and making sure customers keep coming back.

You’ll be:

• Leading from the front: bringing energy, building confidence and helping your team do their best work.
• Driving the numbers: delivering volume and profit targets while making the most of every opportunity.
• Looking for the next win: spotting ways to grow the business, improve processes and make things work even better.
• Turning performance into progress: getting under the skin of the results, having the right conversations and agreeing actions that make a difference.
• Keeping customers coming back: making great service and a positive customer experience part of everything you do.

What makes you a great fit?

You know Aftersales, you enjoy leading people and you’re motivated by getting results. You can bring a team with you, spot opportunities and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• At least two years’ experience as an Aftersales Manager.
• A track record of leading, developing and motivating a team.
• A good commercial head and a focus on delivering results.
• The confidence to challenge how things are done and find better ways of working.
• The drive to make a difference, alongside the people skills to bring your team with you.
