This role offers the opportunity to support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the used car department, coaching the team and driving sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer care. The package includes a £39,729 basic salary, £57,770 OTE and a company car. The OTE is performance-dependent and not guaranteed.
