Are you a Workday reporting expert looking for your next permanent move? I’m partnering with a large organisation that’s looking for a Workday Reporting Specialist to take ownership of its reporting landscape and help turn people data into real business insight.
This is a fully remote role offering the chance to work closely with HR, Finance and senior stakeholders, shaping how data is used to drive decisions across the business.

The Role
▪️ Design, build and maintain reports across the Workday platform
▪️ Develop Advanced, Matrix and Trending reports to meet business needs
▪️ Create and optimise Calculated Fields, dashboards and custom reporting solutions
▪️ Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions
▪️ Turn complex data into clear, meaningful insights that support decision-making
▪️ Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across reporting outputs
▪️ Support ongoing improvements to reporting processes and self-service capabilities

What You’ll Bring
▪️ Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer and report building
▪️ Strong knowledge of Advanced, Matrix and Trending reports
▪️ Proven experience with Calculated Fields, dashboards and custom reporting
▪️ A solid understanding of Workday data structures and business objects
▪️ The ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
▪️ A proactive, detail-focused approach to problem-solving

Nice to Have
▪️ Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or People Analytics
▪️ Exposure to Workday HCM, Financials or Recruiting modules
▪️ Workday Reporting certification
