Senior HR Advisor

Our client is looking for an experienced and highly capable HR Business Partner, or a Senior HR Advisor ready to move into a HRBP post, to join an established and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an autonomous HR professional to working directly with business leaders and line managers to align people strategy with wider commercial goals and making a genuine impact across the organisation. Salary is between £50,000 - £54,000. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. This is a fully office-based position and, due to the rural location, a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.
