Air Conditioning Supervisor – Edinburgh Location: Edinburgh (Office-Based & Site-Based) Salary: Up to £50,000 + Overtime + On-Call Allowance Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time FM Search & Select are recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career and develop into a management position. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong AC Engineer who enjoys being hands-on but is keen to gain experience in the commercial and operational side of running air conditioning contracts. Working alongside an established management team, you'll have the opportunity to learn the responsibilities of a Contracts Manager while continuing to work on the tools for part of the week. The role will be split between site-based engineering duties and office-based responsibilities, with a few days each week spent on the tools and the remainder based at our client's Edinburgh office.
