Shift Patterns: * 06:00 - 18:00, Monday to Sunday * 4 on 4 off shift pattern Pay Rates: * 16.45 GBP hourly Essential Requirements for Team Leader: * Previous office or transport experience Skills and Qualifications for Team Leader: * Good attention to detail * Self-disciplined and able to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met * Basic maths skills and effective written and spoken English * People management experience in diverse teams Role Responsibilities for Team Leader: * Supervise daily operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and legal compliance * Manage staff allocation, training, inductions, and performance * Ensure driver compliance, vehicle safety, and fleet maintenance * Maintain accurate operational records and audit documentation * Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations * Identify improvements to operational performance and service quality Location: Hatfield.
