Are you an experienced Head Chef who thrives in a busy kitchen, knows how to lead a team, and can deliver great food consistently at volume?
We're looking for a passionate, organised and commercially minded Head Chef to take the lead in our kitchen and help deliver an outstanding food offering.

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
Essential: experience working in a high-volume kitchen
Strong leadership and team management skills
The ability to maintain consistently high standards during busy services
Excellent organisation, stock control and cost management
A passion for great food, quality and developing people
We're looking for someone who can bring energy, professionalism and a hands-on approach to the kitchen, while motivating the team and keeping standards high, even when the pressure is on.
