We're recruiting for a Chef Manager to lead the catering operation at a welcoming education site in Burnham-on-Sea.

This rewarding role involves overseeing a delivered meal service of approximately 100 meals per day, ensuring high standards of food quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The Role\n
️ Manage the daily catering operation and meal delivery service
\n
Oversee the provision of approximately 100 delivered meals per day
\n
Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
\n
✅ Maintain excellent food hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety standards
\n
Complete all necessary kitchen administration and compliance records
\n
Ensure meals are prepared and delivered to the highest standard
\n
Build positive relationships with school staff and stakeholders
\n
What We're Looking For\n
✔ Previous experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Senior Sous Chef
\n
✔ Strong organisational and leadership skills
\n
✔ Experience within education, contract catering, healthcare, or high-volume catering environments
\n
✔ Good knowledge of food safety and compliance procedures
\n
✔ A passion for delivering nutritious, high-quality meals
\n
✔ Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
\n
