The Role
· Teach Sociology across the secondary age range, including A-Level.
· Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that motivate and challenge students of varying abilities.
· Prepare students effectively for GCSE and A-Level examinations, where applicable.
· Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback and support academic achievement.
· Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
· Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school.

The Ideal Candidate
· Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
· Has experience teaching Sociology at secondary level, with the ability to teach up to A-Level.
· Is passionate about Sociology and committed to helping students achieve their full potential.
· Demonstrates strong classroom management, communication and organisational skills.
