Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing the kitchen area ready for food service
• Supervising one Catering Assistant during lunch service each day, delegating tasks, supporting them and making sure service runs smoothly
• Crafting eye-catching food and counter displays that draw guests in, using guides provided by Karma Cans
• Managing the pantry and stock for 3 hours between lunch and dinner service, Monday to Wednesday, including restocking, rotating stock, checking u...
