\nThis Regional Support Manager role offers a competitive salary of £66,000 per year, plus an additional £6,000 Car allowance annually. As a Regional Support Manager, you will:\n

\n- Lead and manage nursing home operations across the Scotland, ensuring compliance with all regulations.\n
\n- Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs.\n
\n- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development.\n
\n- Maintain high standards of care and service delivery.\n
\n- Manage budgets and resources effectively.\n
\n- Foster a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents.\n
\n- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.\n

\n- Extensive experience in nursing home management.\n
\n- Preferably a registered Nurse.\n
\n- Ability to drive and travel the Scotland\n
