Behind every successful DealCloud go-live is a team that gets the details right, keeps clients confident and delivers on time. At Intapp, we’re looking for a Manager, DealCloud Services Delivery (EMEA) to lead our team.

This is a services leadership role at the heart of our DealCloud business. You’ll drive the delivery and quality of a portfolio of client implementations for some of the world’s leading financial institutions and professional services organisations, while leading and developing a team of consultants. The role combines team leadership with hands-on client delivery, and you’ll have a client-focused target that sets a clear expectation for how you balance the two.

What you’ll do:

• Drive delivery quality, staffing, forecasting and profitability across your portfolio
• Coach, mentor and grow your team, championing their development every step of the way
• Step in on complex engagements, support consultants of varying seniority on delivery, and engage client stakeholders
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to understand client expectations and experience, leading to improved delivery quality and consistent communication across the business
• Contribute to delivery methodology and best practice as the DealCloud product evolves
• Complete official DealCloud product training, so you can support your team with real technical depth

What you will need:

• 5+ years in consulting or professional services, including 2+ years in management
• A track record delivering complex implementations (bonus if within a financial institution or professional services firm)
• Excellent communication skills and strong commercial and analytical acumen, including supporting scoping activity and managing change requests
• Genuine curiosity about the DealCloud platform and a willingness to go deep on how it works
• Comfort balancing team leadership with hands-on client work
