Senior HR Advisor

Senior HR Advisor – West Northamptonshire Council Fox Morris Group are working to recruit a Senior HR Advisor HR Generalist cases, support with managers of the implementation of the TUPE from NPH to WNC. Local authority/public sector/housing background. On site 2-3 days per week. (NN1 1ED) Key Responsibilities/Experience * Knowledge of large organisations’ terms and conditions of employment * Understanding of GDPR and the importance to this role * Demonstrable extensive experience of working within a HR environment delivering HR advice and support to customers. * Demonstrable experience of managing HR Advisory complex case load on a face to face basis with managers being able to take autonomous decisions based on employment law and HR policy * Sound experience of using data effectively to provide useful management information and ability to interrogate and present data using Microsoft Excel and Power BI * Experience of delivering training interventions and courses to managers. * Able to work effectively in changing work environments and in the face of conflicting priorities.
