GBR Recruitment Ltd are proud to be acting as the Exclusive Recruitment Business Partner for a leading Charity organisation, recruiting for an experienced HR Manager (IMMEDIATE START). A fantastic NFP supporting 1,000's of people across the South Midlands in areas in & around Milton Keynes & Northampton wide. As the charities HR Manager you will successfully manage the day-to-day HR operations at the Milton Keynes office, plus support the Northampton office too (travel expenses paid between the two offices). You will be responsible for ensuring the charities people processes run effectively & smoothly, plus that managers receive effective HRBP support & that all employees plus volunteers have a positive pleasant experience at work. As the HR Manager you will be working closely with the Director of HR, with this key role helping to create a great vibrant place to work, where people feel truly supported, truly valued & able to perform at their very best. This senior management role combines hands-on HR management, ER, EDI, people administration, employment law guidance for managers, training & development, HRIS management, employee well-being, supporting the delivery of the wider People & Culture priorities.
