Shift: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (No weekends)

We are currently recruiting for an HGV Trailer Technician to join a busy workshop in Widnes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work on a variety of trailers without the hassle of unsociable shift patterns or weekend work.

The Role

As an HGV Trailer Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a variety of trailers
• Diagnosing faults and completing necessary repairs
• Inspecting trailers to ensure they are safe and roadworthy
• Carrying out preventative maintenance and routine checks
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

Requirements

• Previous experience working on HGV trailers
• A valid Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence is essential
• Good mechanical and fault-finding skills
