CER Education are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. • Location: Hart House Business Centre, Kimpton Road, Luton LU2 0LA (2-minute walk from Luton Dart Parkway Station)
\n
• Free Parking on Site

• Salary: Competitive and uncapped commission structure
\n
• Your birthday off in addition to your annual leave entitlement
\n
• Hybrid / Work from Home available after induction (Tuesdays and Fridays WFH / Mondays, Wednesday, Thursdays in Office)

• Hours: 7.15-5.00 (term time) and 8.00-2.00 (school holidays)

Role responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for cold education desk across Luton
\n
• Supporting and mentoring the Luton Team to grow whilst also being a billing Manager
\n
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively
\n
• Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
\n
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods
\n
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions
\n

• 360 recruitment experience is essential, and we are looking for someone with a current leadership role
\n
• The ability to implement effective candidate attraction strategies
\n
• Experience of client engagement and retention, to secure new contracts and school users
\n
• A confident and strong communicator who is a target driven and goal orientated
\n
• The desire to genuinely want an opportunity to further enhance their career in recruitment with a well-established and reputable brand

• Full Driving License
