Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary Due to expansion Latitude Recruitment are looking to hire x2 Trainee Recruitment Consultants. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company based in Hedge end. What will the job involve? Contacting candidates via the phone about local job opportunities – You must be prepared to be on the phone most of the day. Working a range of temp, perm and technical, non-technical vacancies Updating our internal CRM to ensure all information is accurate Working closely with more experienced members of the team on various hiring projects Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, internal CRM. As the role develops in year2+ there could be an opportunity for further progression, client interaction, arranging interviews etc, depending on capability and progression. What skills and experience do you need? You will need previous customer service experience (Sales, retail or hospitality experience for 6+ months) Or sales /office-based experience. You will be a good, confident communicator – This will be face to face, over the phone and via email.
