SHWEQ Manager Location: Waterlooville, PO7 7XN Salary: Up to £60k doe, plus a company car or £7k car allowance Contract: Full time, Permanent We’re seeking a SHWEQ Manager to join our team in Waterlooville. In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance to the business while overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of the SHWEQ Advisors. What you’ll be doing Reporting directly to the SHWEQ Director, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring the effective operational delivery of Safety, Health, Wellbeing, Environmental, and Quality (SHWEQ) standards. • Deputise for the SHWEQ Director as and when required. • In collaboration with the SHWEQ and Compliance Advisor, conduct Management System auditing. • Direct Client engagement and support, remaining the primary point of contact for day-to-day SHWEQ activities and communication. • Lead and develop the SHWEQ Advisors. • Lead and support incident investigations, root causes analysis and lessons learnt. • Carry out ...
