Full Job Description:

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and co-ordinate our UK operations across a multi-location distribution network (Redditch, Reading,Glasgow). Reporting to the General Manager, this is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, inventory availability, logistics performance, customer service standards, and cross-functional collaboration to support our expanding customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and play a significant role in shaping the future success of our UK operation.

Key Responsibilities to include:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, service, cost and delivery objectives are met

Ensure Compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001 and ISO 14001

Drive Operational excellence through performance management and continuous improvement

Develop KPIs and management information to monitor performance

Plan resources and workforce according to business needs

Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement among the team members

Support employee growth through coaching and mentoring

Collaborate across departments to achieve business goals

Identify operational risks and implement risk mitigation strategies

Skills and Experience Required :

Minimum 3 years' experience in Operations, preferably within a distribution environment

Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 regulations

Working knowledge of ISO27001 and ISO14001 regulations

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Proven track record in developing operational teams and enhancing performance

Working knowledge of ERP systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple functions and levels of the organization
