The Role\n
\nAs an Achievement Learning Support Assistant, you'll help pupils engage with learning, develop their abilities and work towards their individual goals.\n
\nYour responsibilities may include:\n
\n

• Supporting pupils with classroom learning and daily activities
\n
• Providing 1:1 assistance and small-group learning support
\n
• Helping children develop literacy, numeracy and communication skills
\n
• Breaking learning activities into manageable steps
\n
• Encouraging pupils to stay focused, motivated and engaged
\n
• Helping children build confidence and celebrate their progress
\n
• Supporting pupils who experience barriers to learning
\n
• Adapting your approach to meet different learning styles and abilities
\n
• Promoting independence, resilience and positive learning habits
\n
• Working closely with teachers to support pupil progress and achievement
\n

You'll play a valuable role in helping pupils recognise their strengths, overcome difficulties and develop the skills they need to succeed.\n
