Are you a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer looking for your next career move?

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified professional or someone with up to three years’ post-qualification experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, delivering a high standard of service to clients while working collaboratively with an experienced team.

The Role

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handling a variety of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Dealing with unregistered property matters and new-build transactions.
• Assisting with small-scale residential development work.
• Providing clear, professional advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and in line with relevant legal requirements.
• Working independently while contributing positively to the wider team.

About You

• Qualified as a Solicitor or through CILEX.
• Newly qualified through to approximately three years’ PQE considered.
• Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
• Good communication, client care and organisational skills.
• Confident IT skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload.
• A proactive approach, with a genuine interest in developing professionally and contributing to a growing team.
