The Role\n
\nAs a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons across the curriculum, helping pupils to develop their confidence, skills and understanding. You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, encouraging their participation and making a positive impact on their academic and personal development across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.\n
Key Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Support teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
\n
• Create a positive, supportive learning environment where all pupils feel encouraged and able to thrive.
\n
• Provide individual and small-group support to help pupils develop their skills, confidence and understanding.
\n
• Build positive, collaborative relationships with pupils, teachers, staff and parents.
\n
• Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, encouraging positive behaviour and engagement.
\n
• Assist with classroom preparation, learning resources and activities to support effective teaching and learning.
\n

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable.
\n
• A passion for supporting pupils’ learning and development.
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
\n
• The ability to encourage positive behaviour and manage classroom challenges.
