As Department Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, leading from the front to inspire your team and deliver an outstanding customer journey. You'll have the autonomy to influence store standards, merchandising and overall presentation while ensuring commercial targets are achieved. You'll be responsible for supporting all operational aspects of the business, driving sales performance, maintaining excellent visual merchandising standards and creating an engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. Coaching, developing and motivating your team will be a major part of the role, helping to build a positive culture and deliver consistent results.
