Quality Manager Precision component manufacturer £56,500 per annum Andover The Opportunity An exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality function within a manufacturing environment. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, leading the Quality Team and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the business. Essential background needed for this Quality Manager role * Relevant Quality Management qualification or relevant applicable experience of working * within a quality management role. * Experience in a Quality Manager role in an technical mechanical manufacturing environment * Deep understanding of quality management systems and standards * Experience of introducing and auditing against accreditation standards. * Experience of Business Process improvement, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma * methodologies * Strong analytical & Excel skills and a keen eye for detail * An ability to engage at the most senior levels on Quality related issues * An ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a full workload * Conscientious with a deep desire to maintain our ethical standards.
