- Promote Puig brands with passion, confidence and enthusiasm.Develop brand awareness and build lasting customer relationships.
- Encourage customer loyalty through exceptional service and meaningful engagement.
- Maintain the standards and expectations of Puig and the retail partner.
- Keep up to date with products, launches, industry developments and market trends.
- Develop strong product knowledge and confidently share fragrance expertise with customers.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, energetic and results-focused retail environment.

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in a one-to-one sales environment, ideally within fragrance, beauty or luxury retail.
- An enthusiastic and ambitious approach to achieving personal and commercial goals.
- A genuine love of people, relationship-building and sharing product knowledge.
- A keen interest in the beauty and fragrance industry and current market trends.
- Passion for Puig’s products, brands and customer experience.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and anticipate individual needs.
- The confidence to create engaging and memorable retail experiences.
- Flexibility to work five days per week across Monday to Sunday.
