Initially until March 2027, with the potential for extension Job Description: As a Composite Laminator, you will play a critical role in producing advanced composite components to the exacting standards required at the highest level of motorsport. Key Responsibilities: Prepare composite materials, tooling and moulds for lamination. Complete hand lay-up of pre-preg composite materials in accordance with specifications. Ensure the correct orientation, sequence and number of plies for each component. Vacuum-bag components, carry out leak checks and maintain required quality standards. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a Composite Laminator within Formula 1, motorsport, aerospace or a closely related high-performance industry. Strong knowledge of composite materials, manufacturing processes and quality requirements. Proficiency in composite lay-up techniques, vacuum bagging and autoclave processes. A strong attention to detail and a consistent ability to produce high-quality, defect-free components. The ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and work instructions. A reliable, quality-focused approach and the flexibility to work day or night shifts.
