What the Role Involves\n

• Supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 with their classroom learning.
\n
• Assisting teachers with lessons, activities and learning resources.
\n
• Helping individuals and small groups complete learning tasks.
\n
• Encouraging pupils to develop confidence and independence.
\n
• Promoting positive behaviour and respectful relationships.
\n
• Supporting an inclusive classroom where all children feel valued.
\n

What We're Looking For\n

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
\n
• A caring, encouraging and adaptable personality.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• The ability to work effectively with teachers and fellow support staff.

• A proactive approach to supporting learning and development.

• Reliability and a genuine enthusiasm for working in education.
