Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Fire & Security division and are looking for a skilled and motivated Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our team covering the OX postcode area and surrounding locations. The Role As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining a wide range of fire and security systems across commercial properties throughout the OX postcode area. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our clients' systems remain fully operational, reliable and compliant. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Servicing and maintaining fire and security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarms * Providing high-quality service to commercial clients, ensuring their systems are safe, secure and compliant * Troubleshooting and carrying out repairs to minimise disruption to clients' operations * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits * Completing service reports and relevant system documentation * Building strong working relationships with customers and site contacts Skills & Experience To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong technical knowledge of Fire & Security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarms * Proven experience working with these systems within a commercial environment * A Full UK Driving Licence * The ability to work independently and manage your own workload * Comfortable travelling across the OX postcode area and surrounding locations * Good customer service and communication skills What We Offer * Competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience * Company vehicle, phone and laptop * 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with the option to buy more * Pension scheme * Generous overtime opportunities * £180 standby allowance * 1 in 12 call-out rota * Bonus scheme * Travel time paid * Private Medical & Dental Care for you and your family * Continued training and personal development to help you grow in your career Why Join Us?
